Gauhati University is going to conduct a Common Entrance Test (GUBEDCET) for Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Course, 2020. Interested candidates are able to submit their online application in official application portal for the admission into Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) under Gauhati University.

Eligibility Criteria: A candidate may be allowed to appear in the GUBEDCET-2020 provided that he/she has passed the B.A / B.Sc. / B.Com. or MA/ MSc/M.Com or equivalent degree programme form a recognized Board/University with at least 50% marks (or 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD).

Application Fee: Candidate who want to submit online application for this entrance test need to pay a amount of money as application fee & which is Rs.1000.00 + Bank Transaction Charge for this.

Examination Centers:

Candidates will be able to appear in any one of the following GUBEDCET2020 Centers and the same shall have to be indicated while filling up the online form. A candidate has to select any three examination Centres. A candidate will be assigned in any one of the Centre based on the feasibility of a particular Centre.

B.Ed. Common Entrance Test (GUBEDCET-2020) Details:

• Total Questions: 100
• GUBEDCET-2020 Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
• All questions will be of MCQ type with four alternative choices of which only one answer will be the correct option.
• The test Booklet and the OMR will be in English. The test will be OMR based.
• There will be 4 marks for correct answer and (-1) for wrong answer. No negative marks for unanswered questions.
